One connected toolkit

The whole working day. All in view.

Start with the tools your team needs today. Keep the context as your people, routines and responsibilities grow.

01

Scheduling & attendance

Give everyone a plan they can follow. Build your rota, share changes and review the hours that actually happened in one place.

Take a closer look
02

Leave & holidays

Help people request time off and give reviewers the balances, dates and policy context they need to make a decision.

03

Tips

Bring recorded tips, qualifying worked time and dated sharing policies together, so staff can understand their allocation and managers can review the history.

05

The details matter

Clear for the team.
Considered for you.

A good system explains what happened and what comes next. StaffSail keeps the review, the decision and the record connected.

Meet our approach
01

Plans and actuals, clearly separated

A published shift is a plan. Worked time is a record. See both, review differences and keep approved corrections traceable.

02

The right information for the right people

Staff see their own work. Managers review their scope. Private HR, payroll and support access have separate controls.

03

People who work in different ways

Support paid staff and unpaid volunteers, with work arrangements and account access considered separately.

things clear.

What is StaffSail?

StaffSail brings workforce planning, attendance, people records and everyday operations into a shared web app. Your selected package, business settings and individual permissions determine which workflows are available.

Who is it for?

The supported workflows cover teams with scheduled, fixed or flexible work, including hospitality, retail and organisations with unpaid volunteers. Each business still needs to review its own working rules and setup.

Can staff use their own phone?

The web app has responsive phone and desktop layouts. Clocking and other actions depend on the supported browser, device permissions and business configuration. Physical-device acceptance is still being completed; no app-store download is offered.

What can a team member see?

People can see the records and actions their account is authorised to use, such as their own shifts, hours, leave and published payslips. Management, HR and Finance access have separate controls.

Can our accountant use it?

A separately authorised accountant can use the relevant payroll handoff and reporting workflows. Accountant access does not automatically create a staff working identity or general HR access.
