Illustrations and sample journeys use invented records. They explain supported workflows, rather than showing your workplace’s data. Access to the app is invitation-only, with individual permissions and business setup determining what is available.

Packages and prices

Displayed GBP prices are the approved development pricing proposal. They are not an offer to take payment. A five-seat business minimum and active paid-worker seat rules are explained on the pricing page. Final tax treatment, subscription terms and commercial availability will be provided before a paid offer.

Review and professional services

Estimates and planning suggestions need human review. Your accountant or chosen payroll software calculates statutory payroll and handles filings, pensions and payments. Recording handoff or payment evidence in StaffSail does not itself submit a filing or move funds.
