Workforce example

Approved sandbox terms: 14-day trial, payment method at signup, monthly billing and a five-person minimum. Only active paid workers count; unpaid volunteers, inactive people and access-only accounts are free. An Owner who also works counts as a paid worker.

Confirmed upgrades are charged proportionally. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at renewal. Failed payments have seven days to resolve; then billing and retained-history/export access continue while affected new work pauses. Records are not automatically deleted.
